View our current stock here on our website.  Choose a design from the appropriate website page and either;   1 - use our Paypal facilities or,   2- make a note of the design; its item number and postage category, then email or call us and we will organise the most convenient method of payment, arrange delivery, and discuss any special requirements.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, Paypal, cheque, or bank transfer payment. Please note that we do not have credit/debit card facilities, therefore we can only accept cash or cheque at craft and design fairs. There is no VAT on our sales.

  Cash – If you are paying in person, we accept cash payment. Please do not send cash in the post.

  Paypal - Our Paypal account is:  sales@gaia-designs.co.uk 

If you are unfamiliar with online payments, note that a Paypal purchaser account will accept Visa credit and debit cards, Mastercard, Maestro and others. Visit Paypal UK website at paypal.com/uk

  Cheques - Please make cheques payable to:  Jeni Cunningham

  Bank Transfer – Contact us for our details if you wish to use bank transfer facilities.

  International Payments – Use Paypal or Bank Transfer.  For an international bank transfer, contact us and we will supply our bank account details including the IBAN and BIC numbers.

  Craft and Design Fairs

We only attend fairs where the products are carefully vetted for quality and authenticity. We are also associated with ‘3d2d Craft and Design’, an Edinburgh based organisation that arranges fairs throughout Scotland for its members, either under roof, for example, the Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow, or marquee fairs such as the Royal Highland Show, Edinburgh.   Ullapool

Stop in to our seafront workshop in Ullapool for a chat and view the full range of our shoreline designs.  Purchases are possible from our workshop gallery.

  Retail Outlets

Although we prefer to sell direct to our customers and so provide a more personal service, we occasionally supply selected retail outlets, typically galleries or art/craft shops.  Check out our Outlets website page.  Please note that retail outlets will have a limited number of our designs for sale.
